В Детском Посольстве дети занимаются эвритмией. Эвритмия — новое искусство особого гармоничного движения, название которого восходит к древнегреческому искусству танца. В переводе с греческого языка eurythmia — прекрасный ритм, благозвучие. Через определённые движения рук и всего тела, дети раскрывают и воплощают красоту поэтических творений, создают картины природы, например, движение листьев на ветру, прорастание семени цветка. Для понимания друг друга посредством движения в пространстве в эвритмии существует язык пространственных форм, в основе которых лежат прямые линии и дуги. Так, для царства минералов, более подойдут короткие прямые. Царство воды имеет волнообразные формы, непрекращающееся движение лемнискаты. Подвижный воздух выражается посредством множества петель. Огонь можно представить через движение полуволны, с изменением направления и разной динамикой движения.
Каждому звуку алфавита соответствует тоже свой жест, движение каждого согласного и гласного отличаются не только внешним образом, но и душевной наполненностью. Выполняя движения отдельных звуков или комбинируя их между собой, мы можем корректировать процессы нашего организма. Эвритмия мягким художественным образом помогает ребёнку вчувствоваться в своё тело, узнать его потенциал, границы. Даёт возможность поупражняться в ловкости, а также несёт социально воспитательный элемент. Многие упражнения на занятии построены на совместной работе детей, что опять же посредством творчества развивает умение взаимодействовать друг с другом.

Through a certain hand movements and body, children reveal and embody the beauty of the poetic works, create a picture of nature, such as the movement of leaves in the wind, flower seed germination. To understand each other by movement in space there is a language of Eurhythmy, these are the spatial forms, which are based on straight lines and arcs. So, for the kingdom of minerals, are more suitable the short lines. The kingdom of water has wave-like shapes, the continued movement of the lemniscate. Moving air is expressed by a plurality of loops. Fire can be represented through a half-wave movements, changing direction and varying driving dynamics.
Each sound of the alphabet either corresponds to a gesture, the movement of each different consonant and vowel, not only externally, but also have a spiritual fullness. By performing the motion of individual sounds or combining them with each other, we can adjust our body processes. Eurhythmy is a soft artistic way, which helps the child to feel his body, learn its potential, and boards. It allows you to work out in the agility and carries social educational element. Many of the exercises in the lesson are built on the joint work of children, which again means creativity, develops the ability to interact with each other.
